Thus, businesses owned by MSMEs who are members joint groups in Sukaresmi Village, Tamansari District, Bogor can survive maintain sustainability amid increasingly fierce-forcing competition among entrepreneurs. The data analysis method used evaluate appropriate competitive using three stages coaxial analysis. First, IFE EFE matrix; Second, IE SWOT third QPSM To sum up, concluded that KUBE- Junashoe group, at Sukasari Bogor, should able upscale firm, increasing promotion product quality upskilling employee. Additionally, develop sales innovation, implement branding strategies other support profitability.
